I am so excited to tell you about my amazing experience on a Sight Seeker’s Delight tour! It is a must-do on your next visit to Paris, or for my locals, something you need to get on your Paris bucket list. Karen, the … Continue reading
One of my favorite areas in Paris is the Rue des Martyrs neighborhood. Stretching from Saint-Georges up through Pigalle, the vibe is hip-sexy-fun-chic-cool-foodie-trendy. There’s something for everyone, from KB Cafe with their amazing Australian-style coffee, to delicious choux at Popelini, … Continue reading
Earlier this summer, I had my first visit to Saint Tropez. The seemingly-mythical city is everything they say it is. I absolutely loved it! The water is beautiful, the yachts are huge, and the excitement is palpable. The Englishman and … Continue reading

Baking by the Seine
The talented Melanie from Feed Your Awesome Machine invited me to attend a recipe tasting session, so this past Monday I happily metro-ed over to the Quai de l’Hôtel-de-Ville to La Cuisine Paris, ready to whip up some delicious goodies.
The amazing Mardi Michels from the blog eat. live. travel. write. led the recipe testing. We made madeleines with milk and dark chocolate, as well as langue de chat. I had a such a good time baking with Louise from Australia and Melanie – go Team Milk Chocolate! We got to take home the goodies afterward, which made the experience all the sweeter.
Thank you to Melanie, Mardi, and co-owner of the beautiful La Cuisine Paris, Jane Bertch for the lovely afternoon!
It’s officially wedding season! The Englishman and I had the absolute pleasure of attending the nuptials of the gorgeous Philippa and dashing James. In the weeks leading up to the ceremony, I was told it would be a very traditional … Continue reading
Who can resist a perfect Burberry piece?
London Fashion Week has just wrapped up, and browsing through the collections, I was mesmerized by the twists that Burberry has put on their trademark item, the trench. The varieties of color, fabric, and texture really made the collection stand out. I would absolutely love to stop by the Regent Street store and pick up any one of these classic models!
Tomorrow, I’ll be writing about London’s hottest new concept bar. Hint: it’s fast!
